My order has been stopped or cancelled after purchase, why?Updated 7 months ago

If you have already attempted to order through our website in wholesale quantities, then you should have received an email from our support team to discuss this further with you. If you have not, then please make sure to check your spam folder, as sometimes this can go to there. If you have ignored our team and attempted to re-order with us, then your account will be blocked from ordering through our site as we see this as potentially fraudulent activity and its our priority to keep all customers safe from fraud. For security precautions, we only allow a limit of £500 per order as we deem this the highest amount for individual use and not reselling purposes, one of our team will contact you to get clarity on the reason for such a large purchase. Please ensure to check your spam section within your emails to make sure you're not missing any messages from us, as some email providers do put our emails to spam.
