Please contact [email protected] or through any of our social channels as soon as you can, as this depends on whether your order information has already been passed over to our packing provider. If your order has already gone through, please refuse the delivery at the door or on your tracking link occasionally the courier will provide you with the option to 'return parcel to sender' before this reaches you. Once you have notified us that this is being sent back to us, we will be able to refund you - please note we will not refund you for the cost of shipping if the order was already sent out.
