How do I cancel my order?Updated 8 months ago
Once your order has been placed through our website, your order is automatically sent to our warehouse to begin processing which gives us a very small window in order to make a change/cancellation to your order. We suggest you contact our customer service team at [email protected] or alternatively through Facebook or Instagram using our handle @Hairburst as soon as possible so we can do this for you. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message and our support team will try their best to cancel this for you in time, however please note there is no guarantee.
Orders can only be canceled before they picked and packed at our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions which can be found here.
